My Policy
At ezNAILSbyjessica, I believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to my policy. Please be sure to read my policy before booking your appointments! Thank you!

Appointments
Once you book your appointment I will reach out to do a consultation and come up with the perfect set you desire! I do require an inspo picture of what you would like or what we come up for a design during your consultation by the latest of 4:00 pm the day before you appointment .
For your appointment I do not allow guests. If you are booking an appointment for multiple people at the same time please reach out to me so we can discuss what you are looking for.

Booking confirmation
For my security and peace of mind I will reach out the day before to confirm your appointment. Upon confirmation on your end I will then give you my location. If you do not confirm your appointment by 7pm the day before I will consider that a no show no call.
Upon arrival to your appointment please stay in your car and either send me a text or call me that you have arrived and I will come out to you to get you for your appointment.

Cancellations
I understand life can be very hectic and things just happen! If you cancel with in 24 hours of your appointment or press on order there will be no penalty towards you. If you do not reach out at all to me to cancel an appointment or press on order you will have to pay in full (non refundable) before your appointment or press on order. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment I will require a $20 non refundable deposit on your next appointment. If two or more cancellations are made less then 24hours prior to your appointment you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full (non refundable)
