For sizing referral children under 12 years old most commonly wear a size extra small. Ages 13-20 most commonly wear a size small. Ages 21 and over most commonly wear a size medium. Adults most commonly wear a medium and large. Size large is more rare but clients who have large nail beds are usually  aware they do making it easy for them to know they require a size large.
